Interpretation
Words with an initial capital letter have meanings defined under the following conditions. The definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural.

Application means the software program provided by Slay 75 and downloaded by you on any electronic device, named Slay 75.
Application Store means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) through which the Application may be downloaded.
Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.
Slay 75 (referred to as "Slay 75", "we", "us", or "our") refers to the Slay 75 application and its operators.
Content means text, profile details, photos, progress information, or other information that you submit, upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Service.

Content
Your Right to Post Content
You are responsible for the Content you submit to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. You retain your rights to your Content.
By submitting Content to the Service, you grant Slay 75 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and use that Content as needed to operate, provide, and improve the Service.
Content Restrictions
You may not submit Content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, infringing, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. You may not impersonate any person or entity, including Slay 75 and its operators.
Slay 75 reserves the right, but has no obligation, to review, refuse, remove, or restrict Content that violates these Terms or may harm users, the Service, or third parties.
In-App Purchases
The Application may include in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features. All billing and transaction processes are handled by the Application Store and are governed by the Application Store's own terms and conditions.
If you have payment, refund, or billing issues related to an in-app purchase, you should contact the Application Store directly.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, design, branding, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Slay 75 and its licensors, except for Content you submit.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Slay 75 for any claim related to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid through the Service in the preceding twelve months or 100 USD if you have not purchased anything through the Service.

The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slay 75 disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, reliable, or available at any particular time or location.
